I put in 105 lbs. as my new weight today, but I really don't trust it. You see, I weigh-in on two different scales... my home scale, and the one at my dietitian's office. Well, according to my home scale, I've been stuck at around 108 lbs. for about SIX MONTHS (BOO!:( ), but if you go by my dietitian's scale, I've lost 4 lbs. in the past month. That would bring me to 104 lbs. I don't trust it, so I put in 105 lbs.
I've been sick with a baaaaad cold! My whole family has had it. This has made my exercise routine pretty darned poor. A couple of times a week? I know I look terrible. Everyone in my family (including myself) feels pretty terrible too though.
I need some motivation!
