Time to start carb and calorie counting again as my weight is going up, up, up. :(

Goal - 1600 cals a day, 80% fat, 10 % protein, 10% carbs.

This week I am going to try very hard to get carbs down, protein down and fat up!

Getting the protein down is going to be the most difficult part as I often eat too much.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
