A 0.5kg increase overnight because of a maintenance calorie and carb day. I decided yesterday to have a spike and attempt 2 low cal and carb days following to get the weight loss flowing again. lets hope this works again. I hate seeing the scales go up so quickly and it does make me worry for actual maintenance phase because it's obviously too high for me to stay the same weight. when I do get to goal maybe the key is to slowly increase food intake rather than spike it straight up. at least the increase in weight spurs me on to be super stick the day following. kinda like a feast and then fast day.
