Man! The holidays are a killer on the diet!
I did so well last year on my diet and I just want to make sure that I stick to a healthy eating plan even through the holidays this year.
I have decided that the Atkins diet is way too harsh on my system. I get tremendous gas and bloating and it feels horrible to feel this way. I tried doing the Atkins diet today and I feel just awful!
Starting tomorrow, I will eat from the Canada Food Guide and just watch my calories. It is something I NEED to do!

I like the calorie counting the best. No prohibited food, just moderation in everything!!!
