Thanks. I have been trying hard to lose the stone I put on over the last 2 years. Having been a cyclist for a number of years competing all over the country, I had to pack up due to injury so went from being very trim to having a pot belly!! Really just trying to get that gone and tone back up. Just a personal goal for me really and now I am in a position to be able to cycle again so now going out 3 to 4 times a week at my upper threshold for anything up to 25 miles. I appreciate the support from everyone!
