Woo Hoo down another 3.5 pounds. I know it doesn't seem like much, but fact is I haven't really been dieting. I have just been eating better, and working out at Curves. I joined exactly one month yesterday, and I was dreading the one month weight in. I declined the measurement check though I think I will wait awhile on that and hoped to be extra pleased when I do measure!
