아침 : 갈비, 상추, 깻잎, 기름장
점심 : 언위치 (달걀2, 치즈4, 토마토, 양배추, 양상치
저녁 : 키토그레놀라, 우유 먹고 두통에 복통. 난 우유가 안맞잖아. 이제 절대 마시지 말자.
