I am frustrated!!! I don't understand why I sabotage myself!?! Already 12 days of this 14 day challenge has gone by and I have not lost any weight! I am still doing good with working out. I am doing something active everyday!! I am counting my calories. Some days are good and some are bad! But once I eat out then it seems that the rest of the week is bad. I went down 2 pounds only to have those 2 pounds come back. I'm just frustrated with myself!!

It sounds like your personal challenge is to make better decisions when you eat out. That was a really hard one for me to learn, so I can relate. I am now a pro!! Take me to any restaurant and I can eat Atkins friendly (that's the diet I'm on)! And don't punish yourself with bad decisions - just get back to it. I've learned that's the difference between successful dieters and the not-so-successful-dieters. Successful dieters say, "Oh, I messed up. I'll start doing better RIGHT NOW." You need a little of that. Mess ups are a part of learning anything. Just move on. You'll be fine!! Stop being so hard on yourself!
