Hi.. q mkn d bwh kalori baru seminggu tp timbangan g naik g trun.. tp low mkn g d bawah kalori pst dah naik slm seminggu. sy baru blajar diet jg jd mhon bntuan n dukungannya.. lama knal smua sy jg bru msuk fs..
