不吃十穀米就減重很快,吃50g白飯就爆炸胖,週五心情不好,吃掉一桶冰淇淋+1包焦糖葵瓜子,安撫我失落的傷悲。
週六早餐半片蒸鮭魚+30g大豆分類蛋白粉,到剛剛才煮了番茄牛肉湯與蒟蒻烏冬麵吃完了,終於心情好多了。
心情不好,果真當吃貨一天,就能紓壓。😎😎😎
