I still sort of base my diet on the weight watchers but I'm to the point where I know exactly what to eat. I'm doing about 1200 calories a day and busting my ass twice a day on my elliptical at home. I've be stuck at 144 for the last few weeks. I'm not stressing about it though. I always heard the last 10 pounds are hard to lose...just gonna fight thru it. I did the points for the first 4 months and after a while it just becomes second nature...I don't feel the need to write down what I eat anymore because i eat pretty much eat the same thing everyday...plus that just reminds me I'm on a diet. It's all about a routine. I do tell my friends who want to lose weight to start out doing the points and write stuff down.
