一早跑新光醫院回診胸腔內科,早餐一個培根蛋餅+1杯無糖中冰綠茶,吃飽才進醫院量血壓身高體重BMI,果然胖了點。
不過江主任聽完我的主述病況很良好,還能追公車不會喘到胸口痛膝蓋痛,而且有說我在做伸展瑜伽,醫師說太好了!我也覺得我很厲害😁
生病快8年了,換過別人的血漿、做個雙腔導管血漿分離術、洗血、免疫抑制劑一直換藥,最後還是吃回類固醇,開完右眼青光眼手術,預計明年再開左眼,然後做子宮摘除手術,待一切穩定後,我要減掉最後的2顆類固醇,加油!一定會越來越好的。💪❤👯
