Wow, this pandemic really messed me up. My husband has been home since February. Just messing up my flow. We both eat differently, so cooking is twice the chore. I found myself just cooking all day long and snacking constantly. Meal prepping not an option cuz he bought so much food so we wouldnt have to leave the house. I'm getting back on Keto. Let's see what happens.
