終於到達72kg,太不容易了,一天在8小時內吃完三餐,剩下的16小時只能吃個荷包蛋,還是喝分離式乳清蛋白粉一份,再接再厲!fighting!💪💪💪

對啊,所以我都沒有吃到基代,一整天一定吃的比基代還少的熱量,不然很難打敗類固醇😅
