I didn't step on the scale but I've been counting calories since Thursday. I've been making an effort to increase the amount and diversity of plant-based foods and get back to my basal metabolic rate of 1943 calories. Slowly getting back to working out. I made a habit tracker in order to record my sleep, water intake, alcohol (or juice or soda) intake, recreational drug intake, and exercise.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
