Nice to be starting week 6 knowing I've pretty much stuck to a healthy eating regime. It was difficult after "falling off the wagon" for a couple of days on the coast. However, I did do a lot of hiking so I guess it balanced out. I am pretty sure I am not going to make my real goal of being at least a dress size or two smaller by the wedding. I need to go shopping starting today. Was going to buy something really nice, but now I've decided it's not worth it cause I plan on losing another 15 and then it just won't fit.
