Well...I finally made it to my goal weight. Forty-two pounds ago (before I started Fat Secret) I thought I'd never see the day! Now, I want to expand my goal to 134. I really think I can make it.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
