Been trying to force myself to do my workout adapted to resistance bands all day through my drepression. Normally this is an hour and a half in the gym. Ugh. Almost done... kind of.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
