220 lbs. The apocalypse definitely put a kink in my motivation and progress. I'm making one commitment to myself starting today in this new normal. I will keep track of what I eat on here. That's all. No guilt. No exercise regimen. Just starting with getting my eating habits back under control.

You can do it!!! I believe in you!!! I woke up one morning didn’t know what day it was Sunday or June so I decided since I can’t work might as well use it to my advantage! Finally spend this much needed time on myself. I realized how many years of neglect that was. So never stopped since... week #6 staying strong!!!
