5/13 132.0. ~ 3000 Cal. Today was a weird day. Woke up late and drank a bang energy.. not the greatest breakfast, then went to the local ice cream stop and then a favorite breakfast spot. I think I’m going to start journaling in a journal. Ate heavy lunch and dinners with good snacks but the lack of breakfast and 4th meal caused me to not hit my goals. Yet, I weighed in at my highest so far! Tomorrow I’m going to my girls early and eating and working out. I miss school and miss baseball more. New social distancing releases say we most likely can not have summer baseball season until mid-June or early- July.
