Oh my gosh! I actually lost a pound! How did that happen? I'm excited and if I stick to my eatting habit better then I should be able to loose more then just one pound. I'm happy!
104.8 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
