Yes! 5 kilo kwijt. Toch 0,6kg kwijt ondanks ik dit weekend m’n principes heel even aan de kant had gezet.
97 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
