yesterday was mother's Day so I was really careful about my plan. glad I stuck to it, cos there was surprise cake and jelly.... haven't had sugar in about 3 weeks so it was a very nice treat. going to try and up my intake on fat cos my macros for weight loss indicate so, I am going to see how it works for this week. more avocado I suppose. fat today 41% yesterday did yoga burn, pushup prep, legs, zumba step and and and Zumba mix.
