No surprises here. Infact i have been putting off my weigh-in as ate far too much on holiday last week and today was my first day back at the gym since last thursday. Got to do better!
59.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
