16:8間歇性斷食法,加上紀錄飲食控制,真的很讚,同樣的2天減去半公斤,終於72kg啦!斷食期間肚子餓的話,可以吃一盒嫩豆腐,或是涼拌小黃瓜、西洋芹,無糖豆漿一天不超過500ml,吃著吃著就瘦了。happy😍
