This is my weight from last weigh in about a week and a half ago.
My next weigh in is on Wednesday. I'm a little nervous- I was supposed to drop 5 lbs.
In other news, I'm totally shredding the gym!
I'm up to 30 mins on the stairmaster at 75 steps per minute, then Elliptical for 30. I do this 2-3x's in the am and twice after my training session.

I feel great!

Fingers crossed for weigh in.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
