Started yesterday again, to try to eat healthy... Will see what happens this week. I walked yesterday too for 1/2. I hope today, we can go biking if the weather is not so hot...:) Will see, it is challenge doing at home.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
