hey! ok, so I was using the FS app just counting calories, but I decided to give one of the meal plans a try... I decided to try out the high-protein, low-carb one. Are you guys using any of these plans? Which one do you feel works the best? I'm feeling a little lost!

Hi 👋 and yes☺️ well trying. I was doing really well with LCHF and LCHP, Mediterranean and like 2 days of a any meal. It’s an awesome plan. Give it a try and see how you do☺️💜💚

So you would mix it up each day? Or one week of one plan, then one week of the next, and so on.. I hadn't thought about mixing it up throughout the week- interesting idea! Thank you!
