Hi, not really. I’m in a phase where I’m trying to maintain my weight but also become more toned as well, by just eating a lot less calories on a daily basis and working out (callisthenics and HIIT) at home. Now, I would love to be a little bit less than that, maybe 57kg, but I guess it’s alright
