This is day 4 of Strict Atkins for me. I'm feeling more energetic and overall I feel better. I'm glad I got back on track. Today's goal is to up the water and cut the sodium. Walked 1 mile yesterday and spent about 3 hours walking the fence lines today checking for any damages.
104.6 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
