dont understand why i gain weigh. this always happen to me when i lift weights. i do see a lot of defenition on my abs
63.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

From what it sounds like to me, you're probably gaining a lot of muscle, which is heavier than fat. You may be burning fat and instead replacing it with muscle. It is a good thing because once you switch off doing more weight training for more cardio, I bet there will be a huge fat loss. Just a thought and good luck! :)
