Ate healthy yesterday even though I gained. I shouldn't have a problem losing it. Especially since I'm starting the 1400 calorie challenge, 8 cups of water; and 10000 steps challege today.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
