There were sneaky calories, sugary calories that snuck in there I didn't calculate for yesterday.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah, I've stopped logging for some reason. Like since my scale needs batteries I don't need to track my food. Weirdness. I'll jump on that today.
