You'd think with all this sitting around, I'd be putting on weight, not losing it. Apparently not. My goal of 60KG has remained stubbornly just out of reach for over a year now. Not sure what more I need to do just to add that extra bit. I would do protein shakes with my workouts, but with my condition I can't stomach them. Any other Crohn's or Colitis people out there got any tips? Thanks all. Stay healthy.
