Woo hoo! It's only been a couple of days but I had to see if I made any progress. I just needed some encouragement from the scale. Lo and behold I did lose a pound! :D
133.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
