This week as has been a bit tough. I'm traveling and having to eat more convenience food than I would like. I have been able to cook some but not as much as I would like. I'm happy with my "stay the same" this week.

126.8 kg Lost so far: 29.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
