I am happy with how this is going. I eat what I want. let's see how it goes or if I need to cut down on the fat and sugar.
66.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s where I’m at too. Tracking calories and seeing the percentages for now. I also cut back on how much and I’m losing so it works for me currently. Best wishes for your goals.
