Soooo....according to my Dr I am down 14 pounds....to my lowest weight since Sept2004. And I went down a size in my pants...:) Still not drinking sweet stuff...mostly water with occasional unsweetened ice tea. Now the next step is to increase my exercise and cut out the fatty foods.
