Oh no! I don't know what happened to my weight. I did stray for my calorie count this weekend but did great during the week. i ended up gaining a pound. hopefully it's just water retention. i am extremely dissappointed in the weigh in this week. hopefully next week will bring better results. I went to the gym as ususal on my lunch break for a quick 20 minute work out and plan on running for at least 20 mins this evening pushing my little girl in her stroller. day 15 or journal recordings, calorie counting and weighing in.
