Well here I am again, almost right back where I started, I am so mad at myself , and I have done this over and over, I know I can't eat candy , potato chips , cookies, cake, biscuits and gravy and not go back for seconds, in the last month I realize I don't feel as well fat and my , knees and hips are begging me to get this weight off. so here I am again a great big "Failure" Fatsecret please help me do this again.
