Okay so yesterday I stuck to my diet like glue AND this morning I had a significant loss. However McDonalds and the monopoly game were calling and I ate a days worth of calories for breakfast....that means extra work on the bike this evening and a low calorie meal. But I am sticking to my effort to use fatsecret as much as possible to help me reach my goal.
Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars!!!
