It's been a ROUGH Winter & I've been sick with Upper/Lower Repertory several times now. when I'm so down & out my Eating Habits DO FALL OFF Keto. With that being said I'm back on track AGAIN.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
