Okay so I have shared my goal with my closest friends and they are supposed to help support me and help me attain my goal. That means no sweets or bad dinners for birthday or holidays. I think things will go smoothly once the Monopoly game at McDonalds is over, although I don't always eat the food (usually give it to co-workers) I have been slipping more than usual lately. If only they would add the salads to the menu items with game peices.....
Anywho....I just wanted to update on here, I have been slacking on using the support system of fatsecret and I intend on using it to help me reach and maintain my goal.

Remember Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars.

I read somewhere that if you are losing weight you should set an unattainable goal so that you work harder. I am not sure if my goal is unattainable but right now since I have been stuck at 224 for months now.......it sorta seems that way. So look out 170-175 here I come!!!

Thats one of the things I've done to help me get on track. Not that its necessary, but for me telling people about me dieting seems to keep me on track. sure, you'll have the occassional friend try and tempt you, but overall, your friends are one of your best support groups! How about writing to McDonalds and suggest your idea, I think its a great one! =)
