I'm getting into the crazy diet. It's been a few weeks now, and other than eating too much salt on Pumpkin Seeds last week (I thought that were natural. . . Oops) I'm right on track. Frequent eating was difficult at first, but now I find I'm actually ready to eat every 2 hours and 45 minutes. Still struggling with the protein in take- whey protein shakes are a life save and the chocolate one tastes like YooHoo. Hooray!
I had a slight set back when I strained my Achilles tendon, but I'm ready to hit the cardio again tomorrow.
I'm getting a lot of muscle tone and sculpting (which is awesome), but not dropping any weight, yet. I'll be patient because I'm seeing such great results in firmness, strength, and endurance. I have a feeling that I'll start dropping in the next 2 weeks. Fingers crossed! I have a dress fitting in late October for a November 13th wedding! Hope to be a bit smaller and more cut by then. Wish me luck!
