The rain came back full force here, which is probably not a surprise, but yesterday it felt like being holed up in a cave, it was that dark and sloppy! Anyway, I made a big pumpkin curry soup and it is lots of fun chopping those veggies to go into it. It tastes good too. This morning the scale says another lb dropped and I'm so happy. I can actually see down to my feet now really well! Funny. I love feeling lighter and still can't imagine I have 60 to go. That is still so terribly much!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
