I plan is to weigh in every five days first thing in the morning.
Interesting thing I found out. Wearing clothes and shoes adds a little over 7 pounds to my weight 😂
81.2 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
