Still a little puffy, having bowel issues... Havent lost an once all week. It's been really difficult to keep my carb content as low as it needsto be to sustain weigtloss -- i've been eating out a lot this week and while i've been ordernk g gluten free, there have been sugars and legumes in the food i ordered. I'll be more careful from hereon end
