So far so good :) I have had a couple of really good days so it makes it easy to stick with it - I really am more focused on eating right hopefully I can kick it up a notch and start the exercising part too.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week
