Once again work is creating exercise challenges; but I have a running schedule that I will fit in as I can rather than set a regular time.

I am hopeful that this approach will create the exercise flexibility that I need in my crazy life. :-)
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
