I tried something new this weekend. Started Saturday with 1.5hrs of Exercise, which kept me motivated all weekend long! I didn't cheat once, and lost 2lbs!!! I usually do bad on weekends. I will have to focus on making the weekends Super Charged like this one. It helped a lot!!!
